On Saturday, the Ministry of External Affairs addressed comments made by Dr. S. Jaishankar, emphasizing that he had issued a warning to Pakistan during the initial stages of Operation Sindoor.
The MEA stated, "EAM Dr. S. Jaishankar mentioned that we had cautioned Pakistan at the outset, which clearly refers to the early phase following the launch of Operation Sindoor. This has been inaccurately portrayed as a warning given prior to the operation's initiation. Such a gross misrepresentation of the facts is being corrected."
